WELCOME
The TJP offers many shows for groups of schoolchildren, with performances during school hours or in the evening. The Audience Relations team can help you choose the shows you'd like to see, and suggest ways of organizing your visit to the show: a tour of the theater, a "spectator's school", pre-show or post-show mediation, practical art workshops...
ACCESSIBLE SHOWS
BUILDING A PATHWAY AROUND THE VISIT TO THE SHOW
Several proposals devised by the public relations department can be organized with you on request. All these activities are free of charge.
→ visit to the theater | Over a period of about 1h30, we welcome a class to the TJP Grande scène to help them discover the spaces, professions, vocabulary and rules of the theater through a stroll through the spaces, fun games and meetings with theater staff.
→ show preparation | We talk to classes before they come to the TJP to present the show and its themes, and to discuss the role of spectators in the theater.
→ meet the artists |As soon as the performance is over, we can organize an on-stage discussion so that students and teachers can ask questions directly to the artists.
→ feedback | After the show, we meet at the TJP or at the school to encourage students to talk about what they experienced and felt during the show, exploring beyond the "I liked it / I didn't like it" posture, using games and playful media.
ARTISTIC & CULTURAL ACTIONS
Every year, your class or individual students can get involved with us in cultural action projects that we have imagined or that we can build together.
→ pfederating project | For this 2024-2025 school year, you can take part in the federative project that we have imagined with the DAAC around the show 18'34'' combining theater, dance and film. Before coming to the show, your class can take part in bodywork workshops with the artists, and exchange ideas on the themes addressed, to gain a better understanding of the artistic universe.
→ collective in pictures | Do you have students interested in video or film? Over the course of two weekends and one week during the school vacations, we're offering them the chance to collaborate and have fun with two female directors to produce a short film that will be screened in the TJP's main hall during Génération Seishun.
→ collectif en scène | Do you have students interested in writing and acting? Over the course of two weekends and one week during the school vacations, we offer them the opportunity to write a text and stage it with two artists, to perform on the TNS stage during Génération Seishun.
→ theater class | The TJP, in partnership with the Conservatoire, coordinates the Classes à Horaires Aménagés Théâtre (CHAT), from grades 6 to 12.e to the 3e Collège Hans Arp. The classes are open on selection to any Eurometropole student wishing to train in the performing arts.
→ your project | Do you have a specific project in mind? Let us know what you'd like to see, and we'll work with you to devise a tailor-made program. The best time to start thinking is between April and June for the following school year.
