Kaori Ito continues to search for the essence of humanity. Intuitively addressing this universal question through her intimate relationship with things, she explores her relationship with Miraï Moriyama, a kind of inverted reflection of herself. Together, they find in Mishima's work a shared sense of being aliens, observing the world in which they live. Shifting from an intimate, fusional relationship to a foreign, cold one, they use distance to humorously mock themselves and us.
