With her performances, Kaori Ito seeks the freedom of the present moment. Instinctive, she takes the risk of improvisation and tries to connect with her accomplice, the musician, and the audience.
Sometimes, during these suspended, unexpected moments, she talks and confides personal anecdotes. Sometimes she plays music and makes the musician dance. Sometimes she climbs on him or her, or steals a spectator's hat.
