FIND OUT ABOUT OUR MISSIONS

The TJP is a Centre Dramatique National. CDNs are emblematic establishments of theatrical decentralization policy. As creative and production structures run by one or more artists, CDNs are major, structuring tools for the design, creation and production of theatrical works, in a spirit of openness and sharing. As such, the TJP is committed to meeting the objectives defined in the CDN's mission statement. We recommend that you read it to find out more about us.

DISCOVER THE TJP PROJECT

Under the direction of Kaori Ito (since January 2023), the TJP aims to dream the future with children and young people, and to give it substance through art. Her aim is to make the TJP an intergenerational theater venue that promotes the cross-disciplinary nature of art, the importance of questioning children and young people, and involving them in the creative process.

UNDERSTANDING TJP PROGRAMMING

Our programming is aimed at everyone from 0 to 150 years old.
We program shows that promote a multidisciplinary vision of theater.
We champion creations that engage the body and seek an urgent and necessary word.
We support artists who are intimately involved in their artistic process and who play on their vulnerability with humor.
We defend an inclusive, feminist vision of the world.
We're looking for new narratives that include the voice of civil society.
We believe that children's art and words can save the world.

PROPOSE A COLLABORATION

We only program artists whose work we know.
Unfortunately, we don't have the time to read the artistic files of companies we don't know.
We appreciate receiving personalized e-mails with information such as an invitation to attend a performance or a video link.

If you think that your artistic approach is in line with ours, please write to us at programmation@tjp-strasbourg.com.

There's no need to duplicate your personal mailings - we receive your messages in our inboxes every day.
