COLLECTIVE IN PICTURES #2
Screening of short films
Anaïs Baseilhac, Julie Lerat-Gersant & eleven young people
A dozen teenagers aged 13 to 17 created short films on the theme of utopia, guided in their creative process by two directors.
The project's starting point is a single word: utopia. Through their short films, these teenagers reveal their vision of a better world, despite the challenges of our time - be they social, climatic or political. These intimate testimonies of a vibrant and restless youth will be the starting point for an exchange with the audience, with the aim of imagining together new ways of connecting ourselves to the world and to others.
Anaïs Baseilhac is a freelance photographer and videographer. In 2020, she directed her first documentary fi lm, entitled La mi-temps. Julie Lerat-Gersant is an actress, playwright and author. In 2021, she will direct Petites, her first feature film, and in 2024 a documentary, La Pouponnière.
