LE COLLECTIF EN SCÈNE #2
WITH JULIETTE STEINER
Ages 10 to 13
Are you between 10 and 13 years old and would you like to write and create a show?
This year, the director and visual artist Juliette Steiner accompanied by a musician and an author, will take the helm to embark Collectif en scène # 2. You'll embark on a wild theatrical adventure. Whether in front of the spotlight or behind the scenes, you'll be part of a multidisciplinary, human adventure!
What do you want to say about the world? The three artists will put themselves at the service of the young people's stories.
The spoken word will emerge from improvisations and writing games. Your concerns, your dreams, your fears and your follies will be the living material of this stage creation. Words will be sung, chanted and graffitied to create a multi-disciplinary, free and joyful show!
JULIETTE STEINER
Juliette Steiner trained as a set designer at the Haute École des Arts du Rhin in Strasbourg and as an actress at the Conservatoire de Colmar. In 2016, she founded Quai n°7 companyon the trackside of an Alsatian railway station. The director is committed to a cooperative creative process that interweaves the different vocabularies of her collaborators into a stage script. Her work combines plastic research, feminist and societal questioning, as well as an exploration of the great myths and their updating. Her commitments led her to become a founding member of the association HFX Grand Est, which works for gender equality in culture. She was a member of the artists' committee accompanying Kaori Ito's first term at the TJP. She created An Exhibition and co-wrote her first play for very young audiences Moé Moé Boum Boum.
