Tickets must be paid for within 7 days of the booking date. After this deadline, the reservation is cancelled. Less than 7 days before the show, tickets must be paid for immediately:
-   by credit card (on site or remotely)
-   in cash
-   by cheque payable to TJP
-   vacation vouchers (ANCV)

Treat your loved ones! Available at the counter, valid for 12 months from date of purchase, in any amount.

Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of show cancellation. Please check your order before paying online.
No discount is applicable once payment has been made.
Exchanges for another date/show are possible subject to availability, by contacting the ticket office.

If the show is sold out, please contact the box office to be put on the waiting list. We'll let you know if any seats become available.

Tickets are often available on show nights, 45 minutes before the start of the performance. Don't hesitate to try your luck on the spot.
