Are you between 13 and 16 years old? Would you like to learn how to make a film? 

During a course consisting of two creative weekends and a week of filming during the school vacations, we offer you the chance to experience a human and artistic adventure and explore the work of audiovisual production.

You don't need any theatrical or cinematographic experience to take part: motivation and availability are the key words!

Accompanied by the two directors Anaïs Baseilhac and Julie Lerat-GersantYou'll take part in the collective creation of a short film highlighting the stories of today's youth, based on the theme of utopias. The film will be screened at Seishun generationa weekend event where you can discover the creations of other collectives.

Anaïs Baseilhac

Anaïs Baseilhac is a freelance photographer and video artist. She obtained a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, before going on to earn a Master's degree in Anthropology, Sociology and History at the EHESS. She then turned to Master in documentary writing: research and creation at Aix-Marseille University. 
She has produced photographic reports in Morocco, Côte d'Ivoire and Switzerland, as well as video and photographic commissions for various institutions and companies (Cie Himé, Cie Kaminari, Soirées Astrales, Grand théâtre de Provence, TJP center dramatique national de Strasbourg...).
In 2020, she made her first documentary film, which won numerous festival awards, Half-timeA new, intimate dive into a predominantly male hair salon in Marseille. 

Julie Lerat-Gersant

Julie Lerat-Gersant

Julie Lerat-Gersant is an actress, playwright and author.
In 2006, she co-founded La Piccola Familia with director Thomas Jolly, a theater company with which she has collaborated for fifteen years. In 2016, she co-wrote and directed the project Adolescence and territory(ies) supported by Odéon-Théâtre de l'Europe. Between 2018 and 2020, she will join the Atelier Scénario at the Fémis and will also train in series writing at the CEEA.
In 2021, she directed her first feature film Smallwhich portrays a rebellious 16-year-old girl who becomes pregnant. The film was released nationally in February 2023 and was selected for the 75th Locarno International Film Festival. She has also directed a documentary, La Pouponnière (52') broadcast on France 3 in summer 2024.
